A few years ago, a young husband & expectant father was fatally struck on his bicycle by a drunk driver on the Cedar Hill Drive close to Buffalo Park. Several of his friends have used shiny whirlygigs at the spot to commemorate his life. I took several photos and the other day, I played in PhotoShop with the layers and filters and came up with this image.
